Since the inception of My Poetic Identity, I have been blessed with the opportunity to do a number of commissions, the most prominent of which has been a 3-time commission from the Historic Royal Palaces. It is in My nature to delve into the history and magic of a space so I Love to harness that energy to create. Despite My area of expertise, I am well-versed in writing on a number of topics and will rise to challenges presented.

In this space, My Partner and I use poetry to explore themes/ideals that We believe are valuable for the growth and development of individuals e.g. Love, Identity and Freedom. Originally targeted at Key Stage 4/5 students, We have recently expanded Our target audience to include all Secondary School ages. Though targeted at Schools, We are accessible to organisations that center themselves around Youth development/engagement.

Gifted with a rich, deep and versatile voice, I was given the opportunity to do voiceover work for an Industry in the Streets event and the Tower or London Digital Visitor’s Guide, emboldening an underlying desire to venture into this field of work. Given how passionate I am about animations and gaming, I feel like My voice is well suited to these mediums as there is always space for a character with a booming baritone.

In these session, participants will be encouraged to Centre, Explore and Create. They will be guided through a meditative process in which they can find grounding in the immersive and expansive world of ThemSelves. From that space…We Create.

The ‘Musings of The Mystics’ workshops were born out of a series of poetry I had been working on called ‘Monday’s Musings’. Each week, I selected a piece of art that inspires Me and create a poetic response based on how the piece makes Me feel. Musings of The Mystics is a space in which artists and writers of all disciplines can join together to create in union. They alternate between Scribings and Sightings.
